First Lady Melania Trump will ring the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange today.
The White House highlighted the contributions of the first lady to President Donald Trump’s administration, stating, “Over the past year, Mrs. Trump has taken action to advance a results-driven agenda that is centered on the well-being of children in the United States and around the world.”
The White House cited First Lady Melania Trump’s advocacy for the Take It Down Act, her Be Best campaign’s coordination with the president’s executive order on Fostering the Future and support for youths transitioning out of foster care, efforts to reunify children in Ukraine and Russia with their families, and the launch of the Presidential Artificial Intelligence (AI) Challenge.
A documentary titled “Melania” is scheduled for worldwide release on January 30. The film covers the 20 days that led up to President Trump’s inauguration to his second term.
